The Soilcarbonhack is a cooperation with the Chair of Soil Science at the Technical University of Munich. We aim to apply data-driven methods and models of Spatial Data Science to NanoSIMS data in an interdisciplinary way through new spatial algorithms and data structures, software, and infrastructures to gain innovative insights into scientific and societal significant storage mechanisms of organic carbon in soils.
This Hackathon is a unique opportunity for individuals interested in image analysis to come together and collaborate. The event will include keynotes, hands-on sessions, and a collaborative project to enhance participants' skills in image analysis related to soil science.
