TUM in the media: TUM provides training for THW employees

Prof. Christian Grosse, head of the Chair of Non-Destructive Testing at the Technical University of Munich (THW), and his team are investigating the stability of buildings, and also supporting the Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW).

Is a bridge still safe after a natural catastrophe? Or a building after a fire? The Technisches Hilfswerk (THW) is responsible for this. The work is becoming increasingly complex. The THW relies on assistance from the Institute for Non-Destructive Testing at the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
