"Shaping the Future": Female TUM Engineers Share Insights into their Professional Practice – Theresa Grill

TUM alumna Theresa Grill offers insights into her daily work as a construction manager in the fields of building restoration and mastic asphalt at the construction company Leonhard Weiss. She discusses the balance between working on-site and in the office, as well as the challenge of analyzing errors in planning and execution and restoring structures in a way that ensures their long-term durability.
She also describes how she developed her passion for concrete repair during her master’s degree in Civil Engineering at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and shares her experiences in a changing construction industry.
