Training and coaching for multipliers and subject tutors
The Center for Key Competencies offers a variety of training and coaching courses to help you learn important skills such as leading a group, communicating content clearly, or supporting students, for example at the start of their studies or during project work. After the training, you can apply what you have learned directly in our programs and gain important personal experience.
Throughout their studies, students often work in teams on small and large projects. Our goal is to support these project teams in the best possible way and to guide them to a successful project completion. We offer the following formats:
Team Coaching for Student Initiatives
For student associations and initiatives at the School of Engineering and Design, we offer customized trainings and workshops on specific topics. Each semester, specific offerings for student initiatives are developed and delivered in 4-hour workshops.
Teamwork in the project. The Project Seminar in Mechanical Engineering
As a bachelor student in Mechanical Engineering, you can participate in the project seminar from the 5th semester onwards. The project seminar is an alternative to an industrial internship. Under the supervision of a faculty member, you will work on an interesting project and gain an insight into the work of the faculty. In your project team, you will experience realistic work on a current research topic and thus have your finger on the pulse of the times. The Center for Key Competencies will support you in working successfully with your team.
