Founded in March 2018, Isar Aerospace is dedicated to launching small and medium-sized satellites into space with their cutting-edge rocket technology. The brilliant minds behind the aerospace start-up, Daniel Metzler (Aerospace Engineering 2019) and Josef Fleischmann (Master Aerospace Engineering 2017), develop efficient rocket engines that carry loads into space and make satellite systems more cost-effective.
Prof. Claudia Peus, TUM Senior Vice President, praised them as "particularly inspiring entrepreneurial personalities": "These visionary entrepreneurs not only excel in their field but also actively share their knowledge and experiences with the next generation in the TUM start-up ecosystem."
Congratulations to Daniel Metzler and Josef Fleischmann for this well-deserved recognition!
