Delegation from Taiwan visits TUM School of Engineering and Design

A delegation of scientists from Taiwan visited the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the TUM School of Engineering and Design to explore potential collaborations. Prof. Bengler welcomed the scientists and, together with Professor Vogel-Heuser and Till von Feilitzsch, introduced the Department as well as the School Engineering and Design of the Technical University of Munich.

Thematically, the meeting focuses production systems and intelligent manufacturing. During their visit, the scientists from Taiwan, Morris Fan, Ying-Yin Huang, Chia-Yen Lee, Yu-Cung Tsao, Pei-Fang Tsai, I-Hsuan Hong, Yuan-Chi and Tseng, Chia-Fen Chi gained insights into the laboratories of the Institute of Automation and Information Systems, the Chair of Ergonomics as well as the laboratories of the Institute for Machine Tools and Industrial Management and the Chair of Applied Mechanics.
